This course will first review the history of engineering and ethics. You will learn about the Tay Bridge Collapse of 1879 and the New London, Texas school disaster which took the lives of 294 people. Then you will review the Engineers' Creed, Preamble, Fundamental Canons, rules of practice, the nine steps to ethical decisions making and conclude by reviewing two ethics cases.
